So slow these days with everything, but then I guess that's what happens when you release three books within a month. September may have come and gone, but I did not forget about posting Mr. September. Please help me welcome John Quinlan to the blog and calendar!John has been involved in athletics and fitness for many years as a bodybuilder, professional wrestler, and fitness model. John grew up in Melrose, Massachusetts, a suburb a few miles north of Boston. New England is full of great sports traditions, and so he was born into a sports oriented family. His grandfather William John boxed his way to the golden gloves level, while his dad, Shaun, played hockey at Boston University which, John tells me is one of the greatest hockey universities in the country. His second cousin Kevin aka "Fuji" was also one of the greatest high school football players to ever come out the city of Somerville.
Playing sports kept John in good shape as a youngster and eventually he took it to a higher level, working out with friends who were fitness models and competitive athletes. It seems as if his hard work is paying off. With photo shoots for fitness magazines and recently Perry Ellis, he is now trying to break into the world of cover modeling for romance novels. I think he's got a shot, don't you ladies or gents? A quote that best sums up his life is: "Sometimes you have to go through hell to get to heaven." As he explains, "Nothing in this life is easy and nothing comes without hard work. I have always given every challenge I have ever faced 100% so win, lose or draw.....no matter what I can live with it because I gave it my all."
So, if his pictures don't make your heart flutter, doesn't that quote?
John shares his life with his beautiful wife and 3 children. You can visit his page on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/pages/John-Quinlan/109918015779005?ref=ts
